“The most perfect getaway!!”

The most perfect getaway. Returned for Christmas this year and I think it just gets better every time we visit. From initial booking, special room and dining table requests to check in with Kyla. Genuinely friendly, helpful and most importantly extremely professional staff throughout the whole hotel. New Year’s Eve Gala

See in the New Year in style at our famous Gala evening. Start the evening with canapes and a glass of Champagne before sitting down and enjoying a delicious 3 course meal, beautifully designed by Head Chef Herbert before heading over to the Garden Room to dance through to 2026 with band and disco. Not forgetting a glass of Champagne to ring in the New Year and those all important bacon butties to fuel those final moments before hanging up those dancing shoes and heading back to the comfort of your room to dream about the New Year.

FAQs

How do I secure a date?

You can get pencilled-in straight away. Once you’re ready to confirm, we’ll ask for a deposit payment to secure your spot.

For Christmas Day Bookings we require a deposit payment of the full menu price per person in advance.

Your deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before your booking date. If you would like to pay by BACs payments this must be completed 10 working days before the event. Your deposit payment will be deducted from your final bill and where applicable will be put towards your minimum spend requirement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments by cheque.

Do I have to pre order?

Please supply full menu choices via our online pre-ordering systems 14 days in advance (or by the 10th December for Christmas Day Dining) and also advise us if your guests have any special dietary requirements.

Amendments to guest menu choices may only be made up to 10 working days before your booking date, preferably earlier. If you require any menus without calorie information, please request from the pub team.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

We don’t allow and food or drinks to be consumed on site, but we do have a fabulous range of food and drinks menus and packages, perfect to get the party started.

Christmas Day- 12-3 pub and bookings for lunch

Residents only in the evening

Boxing Day- 7:30am- 11pm

New Year’s Eve- 12-3 food 12-5 pub

Gala Dinner in the evening- ticket only event.
